Why Number Channels?
Numbered channels are easier to remember. You can quickly jump to a channel by number. It mimics traditional TV experience. Elderly users find it more familiar.
How to Number in TiviMate
In TiviMate, go to Settings > Playlists > Select playlist > Channel numbers. Enable automatic numbering. You can manually adjust numbers by long-pressing a channel and selecting Move. Drag channels to reorder.
Numbering Strategy
100-199: Nordic channels. 200-299: Sports. 300-399: Movies. 400-499: News. 500-599: Kids. 600-699: International. This system makes finding channels intuitive.
