Check EPG URL
Make sure the EPG URL is correct. Check for typos. Try opening the URL in a web browser to verify it works. The URL must be accessible from your network.
Reload EPG
In your IPTV player, go to EPG settings and select Reload or Update EPG. Clear the existing EPG data first, then reload. This forces the player to fetch fresh EPG data.
Try Different EPG Sources
If one EPG source does not work, try another. EPG sources can go offline or change URLs. Have a backup EPG source ready. Check online communities for working EPG sources.
