2. Service Description
Nordic IPTV provides streaming television services including:
- Access to 20,000+ live TV channels
- 50,000+ movies and series on demand
- Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
- Multi-device streaming capabilities
- 4K Ultra HD streaming quality
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans: We offer monthly, semi-annual, and annual subscription plans. Pricing and features are detailed on our pricing page.
4.2 Payment: Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept major payment methods as displayed during checkout.
4.3 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
- Resell or redistribute our content or services
- Use automated systems to access the service
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Device Limitations
The number of simultaneous device connections depends on your subscription plan. Exceeding device limits may result in service interruption or account suspension.
7. Content Availability
While we strive to maintain consistent content availability, channel lineups and on-demand content may change due to licensing agreements, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee availability of specific channels or content.
8. Service Quality
We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA. Streaming quality depends on your internet connection speed and device capabilities. We recommend minimum 25 Mbps for 4K streaming.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these terms
- Non-payment
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of service or support staff
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Nordic IPTV remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive license to access content for personal use.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nordic IPTV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
